The parking garage is a 183,189 square foot precast parking structure consisting of seven elevated levels including slab on grade and a basement level below grade. The garage includes 484 parking spaces, maintenance access to Brooker Creek including crane system, three elevator towers, and an amenity deck on the seventh floor overlooking downtown St. Petersburg and Tropicana Field.

Formally the “LaTam Restaurant”. The current 4,000 sq ft building will be completely renovated. Including all new MEP’s, framing, insulation, drywall and finishes on the interior and storefront, brick façade, roofing and landscaping on the exterior. The finished product will be a 4,500 sq ft office building with three separate office spaces. The project will use “green” building techniques affecting the environment as little as possible with a budget of $350,000.
